These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the baji affinity platform and all associated services. This document serves as a legally binding agreement between the user and baji affinity.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the baji affinity website, mobile application, and all services provided through them.
• "User" or "Member" means any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
• "Account" means a user's personal account, created through the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a user's account, within which any bonus balance is tracked separately.
• "Bonus" means a promotional reward granted by baji affinity, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting specified wagering conditions.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all sections of the baji affinity platform — casino, slots, sports betting, live dealer, and any future services. Where separate rules exist for a specific section of the platform, they apply alongside these general Terms, and in case of conflict, the section-specific rules take precedence.

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on baji affinity and participate in any form of betting or casino activity, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Anyone below this age limit may not create an account, and any account created in violation will be considered void. Funds held in such an account will be processed in accordance with the applicable rules.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If members of the same household use the same device or IP address, each person must verify their identity separately and notify baji affinity.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be complete and accurate. baji affinity reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.4 Updating Information

If any registered account information changes, the member must update it through account settings or via the support team. Any delay in withdrawal or issue with account verification resulting from failure to update information is the user's own responsibility.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

baji affinity may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID. Such verification may be required before large withdrawals or for security-related reasons.

3.2 Password and Account Security

Users are required to keep their login credentials confidential. If there is any suspicion of unauthorized access to an account, the baji affinity support team must be notified immediately. baji affinity bears no responsibility for any loss resulting from sharing a password or OTP with a third party.

3.3 SSL Security

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on baji affinity can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Once a deposit is completed successfully, it is generally reflected in the account within a short time.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Payment Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, baji affinity reserves the right to carry out additional verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until this verification process is complete.

4.4 Applicable Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on baji affinity will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before the bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, and ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are clearly communicated at the time the offer is received.
• A bonus applies only to the designated member's account and cannot be transferred to any other account.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met.
• If the actual deposit is withdrawn after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• One bonus promotion cannot be used alongside another at the same time, unless specifically permitted.

5.3 Other Current Offers

baji affinity regularly provides various promotional offers including a weekly reload reward, cricket festival bonus, slots fun bonus, and refer-a-friend reward. Each offer has specific wagering conditions, validity periods, and eligibility criteria, which are clearly stated on the offers page.

5.4 Right to Cancel Bonuses

If baji affinity determines that a member is abusing the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts, manipulating bonus conditions, or using coordinated betting strategies — it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and all winnings obtained through it.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the bet was accepted incorrectly due to a technical issue on the platform. In such cases, baji affinity reserves the right to cancel the bet and refund the stake.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Result Changes

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed due to weather, or if the result is subsequently changed, baji affinity will make decisions in accordance with prevailing industry standards. In most cases, the stake for a cancelled event is returned to the member's account.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

The RTP (Return to Player) rate for casino games and slots varies by game. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which ensures fairness. Any attempt to influence game outcomes using external methods or software is strictly prohibited.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a bet or game session is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, baji affinity will make the best decision possible based on the available information. Members who encounter a technical issue are requested to notify the support team immediately.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the baji affinity platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and funds held in the account may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your own account.
• Abusing the bonus system, creating artificial betting patterns, or placing risk-free offsetting bets.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Defrauding other members or contacting others while posing as a representative of the platform.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures or gaining unauthorized access to the system.
• Operating an account on behalf of someone under 21, or assisting them in using the platform.

8.1 Closure at User Request

Any member may voluntarily request to close their account. All balances in the account should be withdrawn before making the request. 8.2 Suspension by baji affinity

baji affinity may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms.
• If identity verification fails or suspicious information is found.
• If unusual or suspicious transaction patterns are observed.
• If there is suspicion of involvement in money laundering.

8.3 Balance of a Suspended Account

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the matter of returning legitimate deposits (excluding bonuses) will be decided on the basis of an investigation. If prohibited activity is proven, the entire balance held in the account may be forfeited.

9.1 Service Availability

baji affinity makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service; however, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or unavoidable circumstances. baji affinity is not liable for any loss suffered by a member due to such outages, but will work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

9.2 Third-Party Software

Game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, Spribe, and others) are third parties. baji affinity is not directly liable for any errors in their software, but will assist members in resolving any such issues.

9.3 Responsibility for Betting Decisions

The decision to place any bet or play any game on the platform is entirely the member's own. baji affinity does not guarantee any winnings. 10.1 Right to Make Changes

baji affinity reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via email or a notice on the platform.

10.2 Continued Use After Changes

Continued use of the platform after any change to the Terms and Conditions will be taken as the member's acceptance of the updated terms. If a member does not agree to the revised terms, they should request closure of their account.
